1. WARRANTY, RETURN & REFUND POLICY: Warranty will be covered for 12 months unless otherwise specified. Great-Mark does not deal with warranty and the manufacturer is the point of contact. All costs with return and delivery will be borne by the buyer.
2. DISPATCH: items will be dispatched between 1 to 3 working days, pending on stock availability, and suppliers stock availability. Buyers will be notified if unforeseen circumstance arises.
3. DELIVERY: please allow up to 7 business days for delivery after items are sent. Excludes weekends and holidays. Delivery charges vary depending on the locations and items.
4. DELIVERED ITEMS: Great-Mark is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any items.
5. TITLE AND RISK: All risk and title in the Goods will pass to you at the time the Goods are dispatch to the nominated delivery address. Great-Mark undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but Great-Mark will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the Goods in transit.
6. RETURNS POLICY: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect the Goods and notify Great-Mark of any defects (as defined by the manufacturer's warranty). Great-Mark will replace the defective Goods if it is notified of the defect within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Great-Mark is not responsible for any warranty service if it is not notified within 7 days from the date of delivery. In that event, you must direct all claims for warranty service to the manufacturer.
Please choose your purchase carefully. Great-Mark does not give refunds if you simply change your mind or made a wrong selection. Refunds will only be provided if Great-Mark cannot replace a defective Good.
